Portsmouth Football Club has launched a new loyalty programme in a bid to help its fans save money in the credit crunch.
The new reward scheme will allows fans of the south-coast football club to save for gift vouchers that can be redeemed against products at Portsmouth's merchandise stores.
Fans will be able to earn 'ClubCash' vouchers under the Pompey Rewards scheme whenever they shop at participating retailers including Superdrug, Amazon, Cineworld and JJB.
Paul Bell, commercial director at Portsmouth FC, said: "Were delighted to be able to offer the Pompey Rewards programme to our loyal fans.
"Everyone is feeling the effects of the credit crunch and we want to help fans wherever we can."
Season ticket holders will be automatically registered to the marketing campaign, while other interested fans need to visit the Pompey Rewards website to register.
Earlier this year, Watford underwent a similar loyalty programme in an effort to reduce the financial burden associated with supporting the club.
